  bought this dvd a year ago. great training for the person just starting out looking for some good training for health and longevity.i hope you willconsider coming out wit more nei gong traing dvd's.there is a negative coments about nei gong on the internet by people who don't know what tyey are talking about. i have been doing chigong ,wuji gongfor 15yrs. this does realy work with practice but you have to do it every day.
